Job summary

Infosys Limited in Bengaluru seeks an experienced MDM Technology Lead to drive end-to-end master data management implementations across multiple platforms (Reltio, Semarchy, Stibo and Informatica). You will design scalable models, govern data quality, and work with architects, engineers and business stakeholders to deliver trusted master data.

You will mentor teams, define survivorship rules, oversee integrations with upstream and downstream systems, and establish governance standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more MDM platforms: Reltio, Semarchy, Stibo, or Informatica MDM.
• Experience in MDM implementation, configuration, integration, and enhancement.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, match/merge, deduplication, survivorship, and golden records.
• Knowledge of data governance, stewardship workflows, and data quality management.
• Experience in stakeholder management, technical leadership, and team mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support of MDM solutions.
• Define master data models, hierarchies, relationships, and survivorship rules to establish accurate golden records.
• Configure matching, merging, deduplication, and data quality rules.
• Design and implement integrations between MDM platforms and upstream/downstream systems.
• Collaborate with data owners, governance teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements and workflows.
• Establish implementation standards, monitor MDM processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Mentor developers and analysts, conduct design reviews, and ensure delivery quality.
