As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution of extensive and multifaceted technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. This role requires close collaboration with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and mitigate risks. The individual leads efforts to maintain high standards of service quality while controlling costs to drive project profitability. Additionally, the role includes fostering innovation and excellence in delivery to support ongoing business growth and client satisfaction, coordinating across various teams to ensure seamless project progression and successful outcomes.

• Experience in managing end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.

• Competence in utilizing project management tools and methodologies to monitor progress and mitigate risks.
