Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. This role requires close collaboration with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and mitigate risks. The individual leads efforts to maintain high standards of service quality while controlling costs to drive project profitability. Additionally, the role includes fostering innovation and excellence in delivery to support ongoing business growth and client satisfaction, coordinating across various teams to ensure seamless project progression and successful outcomes.

• Competence in utilizing project management tools and methodologies to monitor progress and mitigate risks.
