Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow across at least one module (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM).
• Familiarity with Now Assist capabilities and basic automation use cases to enhance productivity and user experience.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and basic understanding of data handling within ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred, along with strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
