Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Salesforce TechOps Engineer in Mumbai to manage stability, availability, performance and governance of the Salesforce platform. You will drive incident resolution, release coordination, user administration and continuous improvement.

The role requires 7+ years IT experience with Salesforce Admin/Support, expertise in Sales/Service Cloud, and strong integration knowledge. Candidates should be adept at incident management, API monitoring and DevOps tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience with Salesforce Admin & Support background.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Flow, Reports & Dashboards.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, data management and platform architecture.
• Experience in Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, OAuth and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with Jira/Azure DevOps, ServiceNow and Salesforce DevOps tools.
