Job summary

Indorama Ventures Global Shared Services is seeking an SAP QM consultant to manage implementations, migrations, and testing of SAP-based solutions. You will collaborate with users to tailor SAP QM, handling quality planning, inspection, and notifications.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP QM configuration, integration with other SAP modules, and CR/SR management. Familiarity with Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit is a plus, with a focus on quality control within logistics processes.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Manage new implementation, Migrations Developing and testing SAP-based solutions that help meet business objectives
• Collaborate with user to understand their quality management requirements and configure the SAP QM module accordingly. This involves gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and customizing the system to meet specific user needs.
• Configure the SAP QM module to support quality planning activities, such as inspection planning, control plans, and sampling procedures. Develop strategies for managing quality standards, specifications, and requirements.
• Set up inspection processes within the SAP QM module, including the creation of inspection lots, quality notifications, and results recording. Define and manage inspection methods, inspection characteristics, and sampling procedures.
• Enable the functionality to handle quality notifications and customer complaints within the SAP QM module. Define processes for capturing, tracking, and resolving customer complaints and quality issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum experience of 2 projects in each area like implementation, Testing, Support and Roll out is required.
• Working experience in SAP S4 HANA 1909 onwards.
• Experience on end-to-end Change requests (CRs) & Service Requests (SRs), Defects and Incidents managements
• Experience is developing Custom Reports, forms, Interface and Enhancements as per the requirement.
• Preference given if worked with Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in implementing and configuring the SAP QM module. Familiarity with various aspects of quality management, including quality planning, inspection, non-conformance management, and quality control.
• Proficiency in SAP QM module configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules or external systems. Knowledge of SAP inspection planning, quality notifications, quality control, and integration with logistics processes.
