Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced SAP QM Consultant to lead and deliver Quality Management configurations across SAP modules. The role involves in-depth engagement with business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful go-live across projects.

The candidate should have 10-15 years of SAP QM experience, with strong exposure to Quality Planning, Inspection, Notifications, and Vendor Quality Management within an IT Services & Consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in SAP QM environments.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP QM functionalities including Quality Planning, Inspection, Notifications, Audit Management, and Vendor Quality Management.
• End-to-end SAP QM implementation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for Quality Management processes.
• Configure and support SAP QM functionalities including Quality Planning, Inspection, Notifications, Audit Management, and Quality Certificates.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP QM solutions.
• Collaborate with MM, PP, PM, SD, and WM/EWM.
• Manage inspection types, inspection lots, sampling procedures, and quality notifications.
• Participate in full project lifecycle activities: requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live.
• Conduct system testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot SAP QM issues.
• Prepare functional specs and collaborate with technical teams for developments.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, processes, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and business processes.
