Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering—Conduct requirement-gathering discussions and workshops with internal and client stakeholders to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical requirements.
• Feasibility Analysis—Assist in feasibility analysis by reviewing functional documents, noting preliminary constraints, and preparing impact summaries for potential changes.
• Solution Design—Contribute to solution design by identifying customization requirements across multiple modules, linking functional requirements to technical ones.
• Configuration and Customisation—Execute required customizations, apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system and support implementation of business processes.
• Technology Harmonisation—Participate in integration design for multiple modules and assess data flow between multiple applications.
• Troubleshooting and optimisation—Analyse performance issues and optimise configurations, queries, or integrations across multiple applications.
• Documentation—Create detailed functional and technical documentation including design documents and process documents.
