Shivrai Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Pune is seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant for FarmERP to lead end-to-end implementations of Finance and Costing modules, configure processes, and support go-live.

You will analyze clients' finance workflows, implement GST/VAT, build dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, write complex SQL, and train users while collaborating with developers.

Qualifications

• Strong finance knowledge and ERP experience with a focus on costing and analytics.
• Proficient in SQL: complex queries, views and procedures, data migration and performance tuning.
• Dashboard analytics experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) for finance and costing KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Finance and Costing modules from requirements to go-live and support.
• Analyze clients' financial and costing processes and configure ERP accordingly.
• Set up AP, AR, GL, Tax configurations (GST, VAT) and cost management structures; build MIS reports and dashboards.
• Write SQL queries and procedures for data extraction, reporting and migration; optimize DB performance.
• Train end users and maintain user guides; collaborate with developers for customizations and integrations.

Techno-Functional Consultant ERP Finance, Costing & Analytics

FarmERP is an agri-business ERP platform used by enterprises in 30+ countries. We're looking for a techno-functional consultant with strong finance knowledge, solid SQL skills and dashboard analytics experience to lead implementations of our Finance and Costing modules.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of FarmERP's Finance and Costing modules, from requirement gathering and process study to configuration, go-live and support.
• Analyze clients' existing financial and costing processes, then configure and customize the ERP to match them.
• Set up and support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank, Fixed Asset Management, Inventory Control, Order Entry, Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Receipt, Manufacturing, Project/Job Costing and Batch Processing.
• Configure tax for India (GST, including TDS/TCS) and international clients (VAT), so that statutory reporting is compliant.
• Design cost management structures that give clients accurate product, crop and project-level costing.
• Build analytical dashboards and MIS reports on finance, costing and profitability, and use them to give clients strategic insights and recommendations.
• Write complex SQL queries, views and stored procedures for data extraction, reporting and dashboards, handle data migration and scripting, and optimize database performance.
• Work with developers and technical teams on customizations, integrations and fixes.
• Train end users, provide ongoing support, and keep user manuals and process guides up to date.

What you bring

• 47 years of ERP implementation experience, with a strong focus on finance and costing.
• Solid understanding of AP, AR, GL, costing, fixed assets, GST and VAT.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, views and stored procedures, plus data migration, scripting and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience in dashboard analytics: building finance and costing dashboards with KPIs and drill-down reports, using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Ability to analyses complex financial data and turn it into actionable insights.
• Experience running user training sessions.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• A Commerce or Finance background (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance/CA Inter) and exposure to agri, manufacturing or distribution businesses are a plus.
