Job summary

SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA in Bengaluru, India, seeks an experienced professional to lead FIX onboarding and support electronic trading systems for clients. The role involves end-to-end testing, static data setup, and ensuring accurate normalization of FIX messages within SG trading platforms.

The candidate must have hands-on FIX protocol expertise, client onboarding experience, and strong communication skills to advise the business on client-specific functionality while working

Qualifications

• Knowledge & practical experience of using the FIX protocol.
• Should have experience on Client onboarding.
• Experience supporting electronic trading systems.
• Experience with exchange derivatives asset classes (Futures, Swaps, Options etc)
• To perform the full lifecycle of client FIX onboarding including liaison with clients, full end to end testing, static data setup, etc
• To be able to write enrichments or other rules to perform manipulations to normalize FIX messages from a client into the SG trading platforms.
• To work directly with major FIX networks & OMS providers to enhance and improve their electronic offering available to clients of Société Générale
• To provide advice to the business on the implementation of client specific functionality
• Knowledge on basic networking is beneficial.
• Strong communication required with the business both verbal & written.
• Ability to learn new technologies and to multitask in high pressure situations.
• To provide second line support to the Production Support Teams with regards to the diagnosis of issues
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
