Job summary

Adani Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Manager- Techno Commercial Store Operations to oversee material receipt, storage, and issuance in line with company procedures.

The role ensures proper identification, preservation, and storage conditions, while maintaining precise inventory records in SAP/ERP systems. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels to secure availability of critical spares and consumables, performing periodic stock verifications, and driving optimization through procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in Stores, Inventory Management, Procurement Coordination, or Materials Management.
• Mid Level experience

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials as per company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP/ERP systems.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of critical spare parts and consumables.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Track inventory movement and maintain optimum stock levels.
• Analyze consumption patterns and recommend reordering requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for material requirements and purchase requisitions.
• Review technical specifications and material requirements from user departments.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of critical materials.
• Prepare MIS reports related to stock status, inventory valuation, and material consumption.

Manager- Techno Commercial Store Operations

• Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials as per company procedures.
• Ensure proper material identification, preservation, and storage conditions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP/ERP systems.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of critical spare parts and consumables.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.

Inventory Management

• Track inventory movement and maintain optimum stock levels.
• Analyze consumption patterns and recommend reordering requirements.
• Minimize inventory carrying costs while ensuring uninterrupted plant operations.
• Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory items and recommend corrective actions.

Techno-Commercial Coordination

• Coordinate with procurement teams for material requirements and purchase requisitions.
• Review technical specifications and material requirements received from user departments.
• Follow up with vendors and procurement teams for timely delivery of critical materials.
• Support vendor evaluation and material standardization initiatives.
• Assist in cost optimization and inventory reduction projects.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain all store-related records, GRNs, issue slips, and inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and safety standards.
• Prepare MIS reports related to stock status, inventory valuation, and material consumption.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in Stores, Inventory Management, Procurement Coordination, or Materials Management.
