Job summary

The role coordinates Building Management System (BMS) activities within facilities, ensuring indoor comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency in line with safety and engineering standards.

Site-based position with limited office visits and exposure to varied environmental conditions.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years in HVAC maintenance or related role.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC issues.
• Familiarity with safety regulations for HVAC operation.
• Technical aptitude for HVAC repair tasks.

Purposeof the role:

Thepurpose of the role is to specialize in the installation,maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and airconditioning (HVAC) systems. This involves ensuring indoorcomfort, air quality, and energy efficiency in residential,commercial, or industrial buildings, in accordance withengineering standards and regulations. Additionally, the roleensures the smooth operation and coordination of BuildingManagement System (BMS) activities within facilities or projects,all in alignment with project requirements and consistentlyupholding a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality.
