Job summary

Panaceabiotec is seeking a skilled technician for the Pharma Formulation Plant in Baddi to operate and maintain the Water System and associated HVAC equipment. The role requires hands-on experience with Pretreatment (MGF & Softener), UF, RO, and EDI water purification stages, along with strict cGMP adherence.

The candidate will ensure documentation is up-to-date, PM records are maintained, and all activities support zero-accident goals and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical water systems.
• Knowledge of pretreatment (MGF & Softener), UF, RO, EDI processes.
• Ability to maintain PM records and adhere to cGMP documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Water System and HVAC in a pharma manufacturing unit.
• Manage pretreatment, UF, RO, and EDI water purification stages.
• Monitor process parameters; ensure 100% compliance with cGMP and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and logbooks, PM records, and audit readiness.
• Report deviations immediately to the shift supervisor and take corrective action.

2) JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of Water System.

3) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible to use through knowledge of Water System and HVAC Operation and Maintenance

of all Utilities Equipments i.e. including Pre Treatment (MGF & Softener), UF, RO, EDI,

Purified Water supply and distribution, Chiller, AHU, Dehumidifier, Ventilation Unit, filter

cleaning system and maintaining respective documentation (Whenever applicable).

Adhere to Current Technologies & cGMP.

Zero Accident / Incident in factory premises.

100% Audit compliances by maintaining all cGMP documents and PM Records.

If any parameter observed out of range immediately inform to supervisor.

4) DESIGNEE IN ABSENCE: Shift Technician Water System shall be the deputy to the Job

Holder in his absence as per Job responsibilities mentioned above.
