Job summary

ALPLA INC. in India seeks a dedicated professional for a full-time Production role. The candidate will verify production plans, ensure machine operation, and maintain safety standards. A minimum of 2+ years of EBM experience, diploma or CIPET background, and knowledge of MS Office are required. Qualifications

• Diploma / CIPET background preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in EBM with good knowledge of Operational Excellence.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Verify the production plan and ensure ongoing production activities align with it.
• Ensure all machines operate within defined cycle times and correct deviations.
• Ensure dosing ingredients run as per production order.
• Maintain the machine and surrounding area in ideal conditions.
• Complete daily production reports accurately reflecting all downtimes.
• Ensure 5S standards are sustained on the shop floor.
• Verify production report and unplanned downtimes.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure workplace safety.
• Ensure team follows safety precautions and HSE rules.
• Ensure CTO and waste bookings are timely.
• Ensure cavities run as per standard production.
• Plan manpower.
• Execute projects for improvements.

Education

Diploma / CIPET background preferred

Minimum 2+ years of experience in EBM

Good knowledge of Operational Excellence

Knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)

• Verify the production plan and ensure that ongoing production activities are aligned with the scheduled plan
• Ensure that all machines are operating within the defined cycle times and correct any deviations immediately
• Ensure the dosing ingredients are running as per production order.
• Ensure the machine and area around in ideal conditions.
• Verify that the previous day's production reports are completed accurately and reflect all downtimes transparently
• Ensure that 5S standards are consistently implemented and sustained on shopfloor.
• Verify the production report and unplanned downtimes.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure safety at workplace.
• Ensure that team is working with all safety precautions & under HSE rules.
• Ensure the CTO & waste bookings are on time.
• Ensure the cavities are running as per standard production.
• Manpower planning.
• Execute Projects for improvements.

What makes you great
