Job summary

ALPLA INC. in Pashamylaram, Telangana, is looking for a skilled Production Supervisor for injection moulding. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in PET preform manufacturing, particularly with machines like Husky, Netstal, or Sipa. Responsibilities include managing production planning, shift operations, and ensuring adherence to safety and GMP standards. A diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering is preferred. Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in PET preform manufacturing.
• Prior working experience with Husky, Netstal, or Sipa preferred.
• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical is preferred.
• Proficiency in English speaking & writing.

• Supervise injection moulding machines (Husky / Netstal / Sipa)
• Manage production planning, shift operations, and manpower allocation
• Optimize process parameters such as pressure, IV, AA, preform weight, and dimensions
• Ensure adherence to 5S and GMP standards
• Maintain safety compliance across operations

Quality & Compliance

• Achieve RETtargets
• Adhere to GMP, SOPs, and documentation requirements
• Conduct process audits and ensure CAPA implementation

What makes you great
