Job summary

ALPLA INC. in Silvassa, India, is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Associate to oversee incoming material inspection and testing of RM and MB as per Regional Quality specifications, and to maintain records of revalidation for equipment.

You will perform daily machine challenge tests, daily calibration, and verify line clearance, online/offline records, and non-conforming items while maintaining the health of measuring equipment in the Quality lab.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality environments.
• Ability to work with multiple departments.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle a multi-task environment.

Responsibilities

• Incoming material inspection & testing of RM, MB as per Regional Quality specifications.
• Complete and maintain records of revalidation for all equipment as per plan.
• Perform daily challenge tests on machines per inspection plan.
• Daily calibration and maintaining records.
• Update & verification of line clearance, online/offline, line defects, and non-conforming records per good documentation practices.
• Maintain health of measuring equipment in the Quality lab and support product validation & revalidation.
• Use PPE in the working area to ensure safety.
• Implement 5S in the Quality lab.

• Responsible for completion and maintaining records of re validation for all equipment's as per plan.
• Responsible for performing daily challenge test on machines as per inspection plan.
• Responsible for daily calibration and maintaining records.
• Responsible for updating & verification of Line clearance, Online, Offline, Line defect, non-conforming product records as per good documentation practices.
• Responsible for maintaining the health of all measuring equipment's of Quality lab, Product validation & revalidation.
• Responsible for using recommended PPE's in working area to avoid accidents.
• Responsible for implementing 5S in the Quality lab.
