Job summary

Saaol Heart Center is seeking a responsible Technician cum Nurse to support doctors and care for patients in a clinical setting. The role includes monitoring vital signs, assisting with procedures, and maintaining equipment with a patient-focused approach.

The candidate should have ANM/GNM/BSc Nursing or DMLT/medical technician qualifications, basic computer skills, and be comfortable working in a hospital environment. Freshers with relevant qualifications will also be considered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs including BP, pulse, SpO2 and temperature.

• Keep accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure availability and cleanliness of equipment and supplies.

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and patient-focused Technician cum Nurse to join our clinical team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting doctors, monitoring patients, performing basic clinical procedures and handling relevant medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record patient BP, pulse, SpO, temperature and other vital signs.
• Perform ECG and assist with other basic diagnostic procedures.
• Assist doctors and clinical staff during patient consultations and procedures.
• Provide basic nursing care and support to patients.
• Prepare patients for consultations, tests and procedures.
• Handle and maintain clinical equipment properly.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Ensure proper availability and cleanliness of clinical equipment and supplies.
• Communicate professionally with patients and explain basic procedures when required.

Qualification

• ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing preferred.
• Candidates with DMLT / Medical Technician / relevant healthcare qualification may also be considered depending on experience.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Male candidates preferred.

Experience

• 0-3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre or healthcare setup.
• Freshers with relevant qualification and good clinical skills may also be considered.
