Job summary

Rubicon Research Limited is seeking a Technician in the Formulation Development department for the Thane location. The role covers operation, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of pharmaceuticals equipment used in high potency lab, solid/liquid orals, and injectable areas.

The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience, an ITI course, and be able to work in shifts with willingness to visit external manufacturing sites as required.

Qualifications

• ITI Course is required.
• 2-3 years of lab/formulation experience preferred.
• Familiar with GMP and lab safety practices.
• Willingness to work shifts and visit external sites as required.

Responsibilities

• To ensure cleaning of the lab, equipment, and instruments.
• Assemble and setting of the equipment and instruments.
• To ensure general maintenance of the equipment and instruments.
• To ensure fumigation and sanitization of the area whenever required.
• To highlight any wear and tear of the machines and rectify with external party support.
• To record and monitor temperature, humidity, and differential pressure.
• To ensure proper functioning of the AHU units and maintenance with external support.
• To ensure installation qualification and operation qualification of the machines with external party support.
• To adhere to GMP during day-to-day laboratory activities and proper handling of equipment and area.
• To get trained on new equipment, instruments and systems in the department.
• Pre-packing, assembling and labeling work.
• Filling automated dispensing machines
• Tracking inventory
