Kopran Limited in Savroli, Khopoli, Maharashtra, is seeking a Fitter to join the Engineering Department in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. The role involves assisting in installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, with supervision from senior technicians and adherence to GMP and safety standards.

Freshers with ITI Fitter or ITI Mechanical qualifications are encouraged to apply. The position may require shift work and is full-time at the Savroli site in Maharashtra.

Responsabilités

• Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
• Perform basic fitting, assembly, dismantling, and alignment activities under supervision.
• Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of pumps, valves, pipelines, gearboxes, and other mechanical equipment.
• Support maintenance activities related to manufacturing, utility, and packaging equipment.
• Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and workshop equipment safely.
• Follow Good Engineering Practices (GEP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and applicable safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the maintenance workshop and work areas.
• Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records and assist in completing work orders as instructed.
• Follow instructions from the Engineering Supervisor and report equipment abnormalities promptly.

Role & responsibilities
