The Technician will support diagnostic laboratory workflow by handling samples, assisting testing processes, maintaining documentation, and supporting quality control activities. The candidate should have knowledge of pathology, blood bank, histopathology, microbiology, and haematology procedures while following lab safety and infection control standards.

• Collect, receive, label, and process laboratory samples as per SOP.
• Support pathology, blood bank, histopathology, microbiology, and haematology workflow.
• Maintain sample records, test logs, equipment logs, and laboratory documentation.
• Assist in quality control, reagent preparation, calibration, and equipment maintenance.
• Report sample rejection, critical values, abnormal results, or testing delays promptly.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, lab teams, blood bank, and patient care departments.
• Follow biosafety, PPE, infection control, and biomedical waste protocols.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
• Support audit readiness and quality documentation.
• Ensure accurate and reliable laboratory technical support.
