Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Technician / Electrician to join our team for Airtel projects. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of power systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of electrical equipment and maintaining safety standards at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Operate and maintain LT (Low Tension) and HT (High Tension) electrical panels.
• Handle HT/LT chamber operations and preventive maintenance.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot DG (Diesel Generator) sets.
• Carry out electrical wiring, cable laying, cable termination, and panel wiring.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Identify electrical faults and resolve breakdowns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain daily maintenance records and service reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for smooth project execution.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of LT and HT electrical systems.
• Experience working on HT/LT chambers.
• Hands‑on experience with DG set installation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in electrical wiring, cable routing, and termination.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience

• Minimum ** Fresher ** of experience as an Electrician or Electrical Technician.
• Experience in telecom infrastructure, industrial projects, commercial buildings, or facility maintenance will be preferred.
• Experience with Airtel or telecom-related projects will be an added advantage.
