Job summary

Sun Pharma is seeking a technically skilled technician with 2+ years of experience in Parenteral manufacturing. The role involves handling Vial Filling, PFS Filling, Infusion bag lines, and API aseptic areas, while maintaining GMP-compliant documentation and qualification activities. Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in Parenteral Manufacturing or related roles.
• Qualification: ITI or Diploma in relevant technical field.
• Knowledge of GMP documentation and aseptic processes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Authorized signatory responsibilities (as a doer).
• Maintain Parenteral GMP documents and records.
• Maintain cleaning/sanitization logs for equipment and area.
• Participate in equipment qualification / re-qualification activities.
• Supervise/perform operations on Vial Filling, PFS Filling, Infusion bag lines and API aseptic area.
• Oversee aseptic and Freeze Drying area qualifications and requalifications.
• Handle any other duties assigned by supervisor.

• Equipment and Area cleaning/sanitization logs


• Involved in the equipment Qualification / Re-Qualification activity.


• He is responsible for Vial Filling Line, PFS Filling Line, Infusion bag line and API aseptic area in Parenteral Manufacturing Area.


• He is responsible for aseptic area and Freeze Drying area related qualification / requalification activities in Parenteral Manufacturing Area.


• Any other job assigned by superior.
