Job summary

Panacorp Software Solutions in Tamil Nadu seeks an experienced Senior Technical Writer to create, maintain, and improve our technical docs. You will author user guides, API references, installation guides, SOPs, release notes, and knowledge-base articles, ensuring consistency with style guides.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and support teams to gather information, mentor junior writers, define documentation strategies, and lead multi-product projects to timely delivery.

• Prepare release notes, FAQs, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
• Review, edit, and update existing documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure documentation follows company standards and style guides.
• Manage document version control and maintain documentation repositories.
• Create diagrams, flowcharts, screenshots, and visual aids where required.
• Support product launches with comprehensive technical documentation.
• Define documentation strategies and style guidelines.
• Mentor junior technical writers.
• Lead documentation projects across multiple products.
• Improve documentation processes and content management systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
