Fixity Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a DSA Trainer Fresher to train engineering students in Data Structures & Algorithms, problem solving, and coding interview prep.

The candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, good communication, and a passion for teaching. Fresh graduates with solid DSA knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Travel to partner colleges across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh will be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or MCA/BSc/MSc in CS or related field.
• 2025 or 2026 graduates preferred.
• Freshers with strong DSA knowledge can apply.
• Competitive programming experience or coding contest participation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and online sessions on Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Teach core DSA concepts such as: Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists, Stacks & Queues, Trees, Graphs, Hashing, Sorting & Searching, Recursion & Backtracking, Dynamic Programming, Greedy Algorithms.
• Explain time and space complexity (Big O Analysis).
• Conduct coding practice sessions and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Create assignments, coding challenges, quizzes, and assessments.
• Guide students on coding platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, CodeChef, and GeeksforGeeks.
• Conduct mock coding interviews and placement preparation sessions.
• Track student progress and provide individual feedback.
• Assist in curriculum development and improve training content.
• Travel to partner colleges for training programs whenever required.
