Job summary

Spinny is seeking technically strong and experienced Technical Trainers to deliver automotive training to Evaluators and technical staff. You will conduct classroom, workshop and on-field sessions, assess trainee performance and update training content.

Based in India, you will travel across South India for training delivery; Bangalore position requires familiarity with Kannada and regional languages. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Automobile/Mechanical preferred.
• 3-6 years relevant automotive/workshop experience.
• Prior experience in technical training is a must.
• Strong technical knowledge of Passenger Vehicles.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive technical and practical training (classroom, workshop & on-field).
