Role Description

The Technical Trainer role is a part-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Technical Trainer will design and deliver hands-on technical training sessions, workshops, and innovation programs in domains such as robotics, drones, IoT, AI/ML, and STEM education. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting interactive classes, mentoring learners on project-based assignments, and supporting them through ideation, design, prototyping, and implementation. The role also involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with academic institutions and organizations to align training content with learning objectives. The Technical Trainer is expected to stay current with emerging technologies and continuously improve training methodologies to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Training and Technical Trainers, with experience delivering hands-on sessions on emerging technologies.


• Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training, including curriculum design, workshop facilitation, and learner assessment.


• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible way to diverse audiences.


• Relevant experience in robotics, drones, IoT, AI/ML, embedded systems, or STEM education is highly beneficial.


• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, education, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.


• Demonstrated ability to manage groups, mentor students or professionals, and work collaboratively with schools, colleges, or organizations is an advantage.
