• Performance Measurement: PMO tracks KPIs; Project Manager monitors project-specific performance.

What is the role about?

The Technical Trainer delivers instructor‑led technical training for internal and external audiences, including customers, partners and employees. The role includes training material development, eLearning support, follow‑ups to improve customer satisfaction, occasional travel, documentation and reporting to the Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led technical training, in an in‑person or remote format, to internal and external audiences such as customers, partners and employees.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and eLearning content.
• Follow‑up on training and further education programmes to continuously increase customer satisfaction and optimise product training.
• Occasional travelling within the scope of the training offered.
• Document the trainings carried out and regularly report to the Training Manager.
• Stakeholder Management: PMO handles high‑level stakeholder engagement; the Project Manager engages stakeholders at the project level.
• Knowledge Management: PMO maintains repositories for organisational knowledge; the Project Manager manages project‑specific documentation.
• Performance Measurement: PMO tracks organisational KPIs; Project Manager monitors project‑specific performance.
