Job summary

CSC is seeking a Capital Markets & Fund Accounting training expert to lead learning programs across fund accounting, capital markets, and alternative investments. The role blends practical training leadership with hands-on operational experience to deliver structured, case-based content and certification frameworks.

You will design learning paths, collaborate with SMEs, manage end-to-end programs, and drive digital learning initiatives while tracking metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of operational experience in Capital Markets and Fund Accounting.
• MBA (Finance) graduates (last 2 years) with a passion for training and content development.
• CA Freshers (2nd-5th attempt) with strong communication skills.
• Exposure to Private Equity, REITs, SPV structures or alternative investments.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC, AIFM, FATCA, etc.
• Experience in global training delivery and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills (4/5+).
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs across capital markets, fund accounting, and financial services operations.
• Develop structured learning paths, SOPs, process training materials, and case-based content aligned to business needs.
• Lead Training Needs Identification (TNI) to assess capability gaps and implement targeted learning solutions.
• Conduct training workshops for senior stakeholders, covering governance, regulatory frameworks, and product/service offerings.
• Partner with SMEs and business leaders to co-create content across SPV services, AIFM, Depositary, and capital markets domains.
• Design and administer assessments, case studies, and certification frameworks to evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Track and report training metrics, feedback, and effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Support operational training and onboarding, enabling seamless transition of new hires into business roles.
• Manage end-to-end training programs, including planning, execution, governance, and reporting.
• Drive knowledge management initiatives, including documentation, repositories, and process standardization.
• Contribute to digital learning initiatives, including e-learning modules and blended learning solutions.
