Technical Leadership & Ownership: Lead architecture, technical planning, implementation, and delivery of product features across frontend, backend, and platform systems.

System Design Expertise: Strong knowledge of scalable system architecture, API design, database design, integration patterns, and application reliability.

Hands‑On Engineering: Actively contribute to coding, debugging, complex feature development, and solving high‑impact technical challenges.

Team Guidance & Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, guide design discussions, and ensure engineering best practices are followed.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
