Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as familiarity with networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) is a plus.
