Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for OFSAA AML/KYC applications.

• Coordinate with L3, development, and infra teams for issue resolution.
• Support deployments, patches and releases.
• Validate fixes and perform post-deployment checks.

Job Description: OFSAA AML/KYC L2 Application Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced OFSAA AML/KYC L2 Application Support Engineer to provide production support for Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) AML/KYC solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in incident management, problem resolution, batch monitoring, application troubleshooting, and production support within the banking and financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for OFSAA AML/KYC applications.
• Monitor application health, scheduled jobs, and batch processes.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
• Troubleshoot application, database, and ETL‑related issues.
• Coordinate with L3, development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
• Support application deployments, patches, and release activities.
• Validate production fixes and perform post‑deployment verification.
• Monitor logs and identify application performance issues.
• Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on‑call and weekend support as required.

Required Skills

• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA).
• Experience supporting AML (Anti‑Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) modules.
• Strong SQL and Oracle Database troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of batch scheduling and job monitoring tools.
• Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
• Understanding of production support processes, ITIL, and SLA management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle WebLogic and application server support.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data validation.
• Familiarity with banking compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Exposure to release management and deployment processes.
• ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage.
