Comaea Consulting is seeking a Technical Superintendent based in Delhi NCR to oversee the technical and operational performance of 3-4 merchant vessels. The role focuses on safe, efficient vessel operations, routine and preventive maintenance, and compliance with international marine requirements.

The candidate should be a qualified Marine Engineer with shipboard leadership experience, budget oversight, and a proactive, analytical approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Qualified Marine Engineer; a degree in business or any related discipline will be an added advantage.
• Experience as a Chief Engineer for 12 months on Merchant Vessels
• 1-2 years of previous shore-based experience as a Technical Superintendent, managing bulk carrier operations
• People oriented and passionate about developing shipboard teams.
• Business acumen with capability to manage the budgetary responsibilities for multiple vessels.
• Highly analytical with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to communicate effectively with any stakeholder.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Well updated with the latest regulatory requirements and its implementation.

Organization:
