Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions, a CDMO, provides end-to-end development and manufacturing solutions across the drug life cycle. The Technical Staff will handle dispensing of raw materials, data entry in ERP/SAP, and ensure cGMP compliance in warehouse operations.

The role requires coordination with cross-functional teams such as Production, QA, QC, Engg and Planning to ensure smooth material flow and timely batch releases, while maintaining strict inventory control and accuracy in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Dispense and issue raw materials per cGMP norms.
• Data entry in SAP/ERP and inventory control of raw materials.
• Ensure regulatory compliance per cGMP norms.
• Maintain routine housekeeping in warehouse areas per cGMP norms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Engg, planning for smooth warehouse operations.
• Ensure timely dispensing and issuance of batches to production.
• Prepare labels and document dispensing in SAP for traceability.
• Support pre-dispensing activities and data entry in BMR and IPC planning.

Job Description :

• Responsible for Dispensing and issuance of Raw Materials as per cGMP norms.
• Responsible for data entry in ERP (SAP) system and control of inventory of Raw materials, (If SAP user ID is available).
• Responsible for compliance of regulatory requirements as per cGMP norms.
• Responsible for maintaining routine housekeeping in warehouse areas as per cGMP norms.
• Responsible for timely and correct material dispensing and issuance to production for manufacturing.
• Responsible for handling and storage of Raw materials.
• Responsible to coordinate with cross-functional department, Production, QA, QC, Engg, planning for smooth planning and follow-up as per routine activities in warehouse.
• Timely dispensed and issuance of batch as per manufacturing requirement and arrangement of in process container (IPC) and planning for timely batch releases.
• Responsible for pre-dispensing activities, Assay/potency calculation in BMR, material retrieval, preparation of material provision and printing of dispensing label from SAP, (If SAP user ID is available).
