Job summary

Dover India is seeking a Technical Specialist-UI to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications using Angular and React. You will define frontend standards, mentor teams, and collaborate with product, UX, backend, and QA to deliver robust solutions.

The role emphasizes performance optimization, accessibility, testing, and CI/CD alignment, working closely with DevOps for smooth releases and ongoing refactoring.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Angular (v12+) experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on React.js experience.
• Strong REST API and frontend-backend integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise web apps using Angular and React.
• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with PO, UX/UI, backend, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor frontend developers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing.
• Optimize performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Ensure high code quality with unit/integration tests and CI/CD.
• Drive adoption of modern frontend technologies and engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership.
• Participate in sprint planning and technical design discussions.
• Coordinate with DevOps for deployment and release management.

Position: Technical Specialist-UI

Experience: 7-10 Yrs

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade web applications using Angular and React.
• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide frontend developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Drive adoption of modern frontend technologies and engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical design discussions.
• Work closely with DevOps teams for deployment and release management.

Must Have skills:

• 8–12+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (v12+).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.
• Experience with RxJS, NgRx, Redux, React Hooks, Context API, and state management.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, npm, and Yarn.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with Micro Frontends.
• Knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Jasmine, or Karma.Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
