Job summary

LANXESS in India (Maharashtra, Thane) is seeking an experienced SAP authorization specialist to manage user and role administration in S/4 HANA and SAP GTS. The role includes role development for ABAP and FIORI, system audits, and producing KPI and management reports.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in SAP Authorization, project management, and strong English communication skills. The position is based on-site with LANXESS India and offers growth within a global chemical group.

Qualifications

• Specific Education - Full-time Graduate from reputed university.
• Work Experience - SAP Authorization, project management and proficiency in English language.
• Special Skills - SAP ABAP and SAP Fiori Role Development, User Role Management in SAP Public Cloud ERP.

Responsibilities

• Ticket processing incl. user communication.
• Support of ERP systems (S/4 HANA) and SAP GTS.
• Role management for ABAP & FIORI / (S/4 HANA & GTS).
• Analysis, development, testing, documentation, communication.
• User request and Role management as per guidelines set by SAP Authorization team.
• Support User and Role Management in SAP Public Cloud ERP.
• Managing & supporting internal and external IT audits (scope – SAP Authorization).
• Supporting SAP IBP Authorization Requests.
• Creating Technical KPI reports - SAP Authorization.
• Creating Management Reports - SAP Authorization.
• Authorization project management / be a project team member.
