Job summary

tecHindustan is seeking a Technical Solution Architect to join a cross-functional team. You will shape technical strategies for new and existing clients, design scalable solutions for web, mobile, and eCommerce platforms, and mentor development teams while aligning with business goals.

You will translate complex requirements into architecture, produce diagrams and docs, collaborate with DevOps and stakeholders, and contribute to pre-sales as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

As a Technical Solution Architect, you will be part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Your primary responsibility will be to work with the Go-to-Market organization to generate and develop technical strategies and solutions for new and existing clients across our digital services. Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable technical solutions for web, mobile, and eCommerce platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in software development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Develop and maintain detailed architectural diagrams and technical documentation.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of solutions.
• Work closely with development, DevOps, and business teams to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to existing systems.
• Provide technical expertise and solution support during the pre-sales process.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development and technical solution design.
• Strong backend development knowledge with hands-on experience in designing and developing robust applications.
• Mandatory knowledge and practical experience with DevOps practices, tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and technical problem-solving.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures and implementation plans.
• Proficiency in visualizing and documenting solution designs and architecture.
• Good understanding of frontend and backend technologies, databases, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable
