Responsibilities

• Conduct independent site visits for properties assigned by the company.

• Take clear photographs of the property and surroundings.
• Collect and verify local market information and property rates.
• Interact professionally with property owners, bank representatives and others during site visits.
• Prepare and submit site inspection reports and digital data within timelines.
• Ensure accuracy and authenticity of all measurements and information.
• Travel within the allocated geographical area for inspections.

Candidates preferably residing in or familiar with the respective location will be preferred.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and field-oriented Technical Site Engineer to conduct property inspections and collect technical data for property valuation assignments.

The candidate should be comfortable independently travelling to assigned sites, measuring residential/commercial/industrial properties, collecting technical information, taking site photographs, interacting with property owners, and submitting site inspection data digitally.

This is primarily a field-based role involving regular travel and site visits.

Having own Bike and driving license is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

3. Collect technical and physical information required for property valuation.
4. Take clear and appropriate photographs of the property and surrounding areas.
5. Collect and verify relevant local market information and property rates.
6. Interact professionally with property owners, bank representatives and other relevant persons during site visits.
7. Prepare and submit site inspection reports and digital site data accurately and within prescribed timelines.
8. Ensure accuracy, completeness and authenticity of all measurements and information collected during the site visit.
9. Travel within the allocated geographical area for site inspections.

Candidate Profile
