Qualifications

• Diploma or graduate in Automobile with 2-4 years of TSA/service experience.
• Strong core technical knowledge of automobiles and repair processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; listening and negotiation skills.
• Customer-centric approach and team player attitude.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service requests.

Responsibilities:

• Capable of handling Customer service requests.
• Scrutinize estimates and provide approvals for service & repairs to workshop.
• Coordinate with insurance Co. & workshop for accident management.
• Provide Customers with technical information for the upkeep of the vehicle.
• To proactively design measures / processes to enhance Customer experience.
• Ensure coordination between all departments with regards to payment of invoices to dealers.
• Responsible for maintaining healthy relationship with vendors.
• To ensure approval cost well within the budgets.
• To actively participate with team in projects related to CSD.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Graduate (Automobile) 2-4 years of experience for TSA in service in Automobile sector
