Job summary

Ayvens in Bengaluru seeks a TSA in service to manage customer service requests, review estimates, and approve service and repairs at the workshop.

You will coordinate with insurers and dealers, provide technical upkeep information, and contribute to improving the customer experience while collaborating with teams on invoicing, vendor relations, and projects related to CSD.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Automobile engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of TSA service experience in the automobile sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-centric approach.

• Scrutinize estimates and provide approvals for service & repairs to workshop.
• Coordinate with insurance Co. & workshop for accident management.

• Responsible for maintaining healthy relationship with vendors.
