Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. in Pune/Bangalore is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth across India.

You will oversee sales and key accounts, collaborate with channel partners and OEMs, and provide technical guidance for component selection and troubleshooting. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in electronic and electrical engineering, at least 5 years of relevant FAE/design engineering experience in automotive, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic and electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in FAE or design engineering in electronic related Automotive.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, proficient in conversational and written English.
• Mature and able to work independently in competitive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for Sales and Key account management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with R&D engineers and managers; Support customers with technical advice, component selection, and troubleshooting.
• Finding out new potential customers in India.
• Lead sales, provide design-in and design-win guidance; Keep the customer database up to date and share application information to divisions.

Vishay INDIA is currently seeking applicants for Technical Sales Manager responsible for driving business growth in the industrial domain by collaborating with channel partners and OEMs. The scope extends nationwide, requiring oversight of all customers and channel partners to ensure comprehensive business growth across the Vishay product vertical.

Job Location: Bangalore/Pune

Vishay India (VCIPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology Inc, USA. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit is in Loni near Pune wherein around 1000 employees are employed. VCIPL has also established a Global IT support center at Magarpatta Cyber City in Pune and Sales offices at Bangalore & Delhi (NCR).

What You Will Be Doing
