Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to provide technical support and advice to the sales team. This role includes maintaining relationships with R&D engineers and supporting customer inquiries related to component selection and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in electronics or electrical engineering and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Job Location: Vishay India (VCIPL), Loni near Pune. Offices in Bangalore & Delhi.

What You Will Be Doing

• Giving technical support and advice to sales
• Maintaining good relationships with R&D engineers and managers
• Supporting customers with technical advice, component selection, and troubleshooting
• Identifying new potential customers in India
• Leading sales to the right ways and providing design advice and support (IN & WIN)
• Maintaining an effective database
• Providing application/component information to divisions to support new product development

What Will You Bring Along

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics or electrical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FAE or design engineering in electronics-related automotive
• Strong communication and presentation skills, proficient in spoken and written English
• Mature, self‑directed, able to work independently in a competitive and fast‑paced environment
