The candidate will engage with R&D engineers, provide technical guidance, aid in component selection and troubleshooting, and pursue new customers across India, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic and electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FAE or design engineering in automotive electronics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advice to sales.
• Maintain good relationships with R&D engineers and managers.
• Support customers with technical guidance, component selection, and troubleshooting.
• Identify new potential customers in India.
• Lead sales to the right approach and advise on design-in and design-win.
• Provide application/component information to divisions to support new product development.

Vishay INDIA is currently seeking applicants for Technical Sales Manager responsible for driving business growth in the industrial domain by collaborating with channel partners and OEMs. The scope extends nationwide, requiring oversight of all customers and channel partners to ensure comprehensive business growth across the Vishay product vertical.

Job Location:

Vishay India (VCIPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology Inc, USA. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit is in Loni near Pune wherein around 1000 employees are employed. VCIPL has also established a Global IT support center at Magarpatta Cyber City in Pune and Sales offices at Bangalore & Delhi (NCR).

What you will be doing:

• Giving technical support and advice to sales
• Having good relationships with R & D engineers and managers
• Supporting customers in terms of technical advice, component selection, and troubleshooting
• Finding out new potential customers in India.
• Leading sales to right way and giving good advice and support for design IN &WIN
• Providing application/component information to divisions in support of new product development.

What will you bring along:

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic and electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FAE or design engineering in electronic related Automotive.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, proficient in conversational and written English.
• Mature and able to work independently in competitive and fast-paced environment.
• Able to travel frequently when required.
