Job summary

IndiFOSS is seeking a field-based sales professional for Delhi to drive growth in North region. You will leverage experience in RTPCR kits and ELISA products to engage food testing labs and industries, manage quotes, POs and orders, and expand the customer base.

The role requires 2-8 years of sales experience, strong communication, and CRM proficiency, with a focus on meeting regional sales targets and coordinating with the head office for orders and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Graduation or Post Graduation in Science is required (Microbiology, Molecular Biology & Biotechnology, Chemistry preferred).
• 2-8 years of experience in sales or related field.
• Sales experience with RTPCR kits and ELISA-based products is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and data management abilities (ERP/SFDC/CRM) are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales visits at least 17 days per month.
• Demonstrate products to food testing labs/industries and coordinate quotations.
• Follow up on POs and ensure timely dispatch with HO support.
• Generate leads, build new business relationships, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare periodic sales reports.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and participate in trade shows.

Job Responsibilities

• Collection of competitors product information.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database and records.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
