Job summary

IRIS Software invites you to join our Talent Acquisition team in India, Dadri. You will lead IT recruitment, validate requirements, and own the end-to-end cycle.

You will leverage ATS, Naukri and LinkedIn, collaborate with stakeholders, and build a strong candidate pipeline in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• IT recruitment experience with knowledge of IT concepts and trends.
• Stable employment history in a target-driven segment.
• Excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with internet recruiting tools such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Ability to validate job requirements and own the complete recruitment cycle.
• Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders for an integrated team approach.
• Strong internet sourcing skills using ATS and major job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment cycle from requirement validation to offer.
• Source candidates using ATS and job boards and social platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to maintain a pipeline.
