In this role, you will own delivery outcomes, drive governance and compliance, and lead cross‑team collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality features from discovery to delivery,

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead delivery across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage cross‑team dependencies and risks.
• Strong understanding of platforms, architecture and SDLC.
• Experience with governance, reporting, and compliance.
• Ability to drive accountability at squad level.
• Experience with Cursor AI tools.

• Ability to drive accountability at squad/team level
• Experience working with AI Tools – Specifically Cursor

Good to Have

• Exposure to Cyber Security delivery / vulnerability remediation programs
• Experience with regulatory or risk‑driven delivery environments
