Job summary

DoorDash India is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support our growing India Operations team. You will partner with engineering leaders, managers, and executives to hire top technical talent and report to the Technical Recruiting Manager.

You will drive large-scale talent initiatives, develop creative engagement strategies, and use market insights to influence leadership decisions, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, including closing candidates in-house with an engineering focus.
• In-depth understanding of market mapping, talent research, and candidate identification.
• Mastered pipeline management across multiple teams and levels.
• Experience using talent market insights and data to influence leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

The DoorDash Labs Recruiting Team is focused on building the DoorDash Labs culture, one quality hire at a time. We partner with the Labs hiring teams to develop recruiting strategies that enable DoorDash to hire remarkable technical talent in the most efficient and unbiased ways.

As a Technical Recruiter at DoorDash Labs, you will play an essential part in supporting our growing India Operations team by working with our hiring managers, engineers, and executives to hire top technical talent. You will report directly to the Technical Recruiting Manager.
