Ideal candidates have 4+ years in technical recruiting, strong market mapping skills, and a data-driven approach to closing candidates in a growth environment.

About the RoleAs a Technical Recruiter at DoorDash Labs, you will play an essential part in supporting our growing India Operations team by working with our hiring managers, engineers, and executives to hire top technical talent. You will report directly to the Technical Recruiting Manager.

• Partner closely with our Labs Engineering leaders to hire top engineers across multiple teams
• Partner with the hiring managers and their team to develop creative strategies for engaging with and closing top talent
• Drive large-scale talent acquisition initiatives by planning and executing mass hiring drives and campus recruitment campaigns
• Help influence hiring decisions at each point in the recruiting process
• Use data, your knowledge, and industry trends to build creative closing strategies
• Help create an outstanding candidate experience
