DoorDash India is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to own the logistics behind large-scale Customer Support hiring events in India. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and operations to keep candidate flow moving and ensure smooth events.

Over time, this role can expand into university, apprenticeship, and employer-brand activation as our hiring model evolves.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a fast-paced administrative role.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfort using scheduling tools, spreadsheets, ATS systems, and shared calendars.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination for on-site and virtual hiring events, including scheduling and venue logistics.
• Coordinate candidate interview schedules, assessment centers, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Track candidates and hiring activity in the ATS, keep records clean and current.
• Support reporting on hiring progress, event outcomes, candidate experience, and bottlenecks.
• Work cross-functionally with TA, HR Operations, and business stakeholders to remove friction in the process.
• Help improve recruiting workflows, templates, and candidate communications as volume grows.

This role sits in the center of that motion, supporting high-volume Customer Support hiring through coordinated, well-run hiring events and strong recruitment operations.

You’ll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and operations stakeholders to keep candidate flow moving, deliver a strong candidate experience, and make sure every hiring event runs smoothly. Over time, this role can expand into university, apprenticeship, and employer-brand activation as our hiring model evolves.

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep high-volume Customer Support pipelines moving quickly and accurately.

• Track candidates and hiring activity in the ATS, keeping records clean, current, and usable.
• Support reporting on hiring progress, event outcomes, candidate experience, and process bottlenecks.
• Work cross-functionally with TA, HR Operations, and business stakeholders to remove friction from the hiring process.
• Help improve recruiting workflows, templates, and candidate communications as volume and complexity grow.
• Support future hiring activations such as university events, apprenticeship campaigns, and brand-led talent outreach as the role broadens.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, event coordination, or a fast-paced administrative role.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing lots of moving pieces without losing the human side of the candidate experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfort working with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, ATS systems, and shared calendars.
• A bias for action, strong judgment, and the ability to stay calm when plans change.
• Interest in high-volume hiring, candidate experience, and building repeatable processes.
• A collaborative style and comfort working across teams and reporting lines in a matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting high-volume hiring, customer support hiring, or contact center hiring.
• Exposure to campus, apprenticeship, or early-career programs.
• Experience with on-site interview days, assessment centers, or hiring events.
• Familiarity with employer branding, talent marketing, or recruitment campaigns.

• Hiring events run smoothly and on time.
• Candidates get clear, timely communication.
• Recruiters spend less time on logistics and more time on hiring decisions.
• Event-to-offer and event-to-join data is visible and actionable.
