Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking an experienced recruiter focused on US IT/Technical roles in Hyderabad. You will manage on-site and internet recruiting, coordinate with resource managers, and screen candidates using our ATS.

You will lead pre-screenings and technical interviews and develop innovative sourcing strategies using AI tools. The role requires strong communication, a track record of filling complex US tech positions, and comfort working in an MSP/VMS-driven environment to meet annual

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in US IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Bullhorn, Belin e, and LinkedIn Recruiter (mandatory).
• Demonstrated success recruiting for complex US technical roles across multiple technology domains, including Networking, Infrastructure, Cloud.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven recruiting practices, with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, market intelligence, and recruiter productivity
• Experience working in VMS/MSP-driven recruitment environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
