Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for technical initiatives
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within scope
Analyze and optimize technical processes to ensure efficient project delivery
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders clearly and concisely
Collaborate with technical teams to identify and mitigate project risks
Oversee the execution of each project phase, ensuring adherence to technical standards
Manage resource allocation and budget throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges and maintain project momentum
Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance project outcomes

Requirements

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience managing small teams and technical projects
Proven track record of successful project deployments and meeting deadlines
